Our Journey
We are a family run business who have worked in the street lighting industry for over 30 years, specialising in Belisha beacons for over 15 years. At the beginning of 2020 we set out to develop our new 'Halosphere'. A modular designed L.E.D light Halo to fit our existing beacon and gallery. We work alongside large electrical contractors and supply to companies such as Local councils, Tesco, NHS, Warner Bros and many more.
Mission
To create a British made affordable and safe Belisha beacon with a 'halo' surround.
Vision
After finding a local foundry in the south west we have worked along side Skaigh Engineering Co Ltd since 2019 to design our beacon surround, along with other products such as our gallery.
Prototype
Using our CNC and laser cutting machine we was able to create cost effective prototypes out of sustainable materials to allow us to bench test and ensure the perfect fit for our components.
Tooling
After being fully satisfied with our design and prototype we gave the green light for production of our incredibly complex die cast tool to be machined by Skaigh Engineering ltd.
Castings
The completion of our first batch of aluminium castings! We understand the importance of precision in machining and are confident that our team will produce the highest quality finished products.

Vigorous testing
Introducing the Halosphere - We have tested for over 12 months outside our workshop under constant montioring. We are proud to say that it has gone through all seasons and has proven to be highly durable.
